IDK about the wheel lock, but i can do an alarm/keyless in a mid 90's Honda in ~20 minutes....... so yeah, constant, ign, acc, and start are all right where you can get them easy...... Quote CAUTION! Buy an alarm and deal with it. Or buy an american car, and pay ALOT of money in repair problems.
