didnt do a hell of alot, ran outa wood, but heres a little somethin i did.

29 oz fiberglass mat aint no joke its so thick..i guess if you MUST run a single layer baffle then you may as well make it strong.  there is 5 layers of it between the front and rear of the front baffle.  Tomorrow after work i guess i kitty hair it up, knock it down , bondo it up and knock it down......then it will be like concrete

Steve, I don't recall reading it or not on the Termpro forum...but, did the amps and capacitors in the Civic also get stolen?

nope i still have the caps and the only amp they got was my old Soundstream Class A 6.0 which i had running the doors.  I took some of the stuff out because the car was sitting outside for so long.  I had a feeling someone might try and break in but i didnt think in a million years they would get the whole car.  Anyway some leasons gotta be learned the hard way i guess.

not much to show just lots of sanding, duraglass, and more sanding.  Primered it to see the imperfections and now its starting to look alot nicer.  This weekend i hope to have a good portion of it completed. 

After a quick knockdown of the highspots and jagged edges on the fiberglass, i decided to use some duraglass on the entire face for even more strength.
