I live Near Lansing MI so we get a good amount of snow but if it gets to bad My GF has a 4X4 Dakota with brand new tires so i think ill be okay. lower tuning is just hard. Loudcav Posted October 24, 2009 Report Share Posted October 24, 2009 shouldnt be bad during the winter Ive got a 2wd silverado and last year put one of those Shur Trax weights in the bed and didnt have a bit of a problem even when it was pretty nasty out only thing I changed this year was instead of useing bungee cords like they reccomend I used some straps that dont allow it to move at all similar to a ratchet strap but with out the ratchet it uses teeth instead seems to be working quite well as I havent had it move on me yet Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Those models are bad about that from what I hear.
