kingsuv
No,no take a long peice of wood and clamp it to the peice you want to cut, Use it for a guide. Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out. not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

joey2714
i agree, i have a table saw, but on the 4' X 8' pieces of mdf the table just makes it harder to cut, i like the saw horses and circular saw play Moola.com its actually fun and free... click here to join Money games! its just games with free money! mE
i think circular saws do a better job than a table saw, it's a pain in the ass to get that cutting edge straight on the table saw. circular saw hands down far more precise.
sierra mist
I got an assorted set of these http://www.woodworkersshop.com/Tru-Grip_Cl..._Tool_Guide.htm
mE
yeah, but think about it. if your off like a 16th. on one edge of the guard, your cut will be alot further off at the end.
Eric
ya, the "laser mdf cutter" does come in handy at times Believe me though, I've built many many boxes with a circular saw and jig saw. I never had access to a good table saw or the money to buy one. I'll get me a good table saw one day though. The laser is nice, but there's nothing like the smell of saw dust in the air. The burning smell of mdf as it is being cut is just nasty, not to mention the smoke burns your eyes and throte. Eric
