Whether its lawful or not, proving your innocence is damn near impossible, even if the cop is lying. Oh and off duty cops can give tickets, just so you know. And if you have a problem with that, the cop will call the sheriff, and you will still get the ticket, and maybe some more (trust me >:[ ). I say don't sweat it. It's all gone! ben29555 Posted October 30, 2009 Author Report Posted October 30, 2009 no the road in racine wi and i talked to my mom has she explanded what he said better he first accused me of driving past last night waking his wife up at 11 then my mom said that i wasn't me and what not and he siad he knows it was cuz he seen me drive past the other day which i did so i figure what happend is he seen me drive past on sunday so he got my plate number and then his wife told him when he got home at 230 that someone with loud music drove past and woke her up so he assumed it was me and called my house but how would his wife see a truck like mine if she was sleeping hes complaining his wife got woke up at 11 but dosn't care that he woke my mom up at 230 My Build Log loud bass songs
skittlesRgood Posted October 30, 2009 Report Posted October 30, 2009 if you do get a ticket, just take it to court. tell them he has no proof if was you that night and that he was harassing you by calling your house at 2:30am and he'll get in big trouble. but you wont get a ticket. cop or not, he just wants it to stop. keep the music down next time your on that street. or any residential street for that matter. people dont want to hear that shit in their homes. thats why we are getting outlawed in some places.
