Actually I'm gonna have to see how much protein are in those shakes I take. But guys, I need some help with bench press. I really just started working out about 5 days ago, and I hate to say it, but I'm pretty damn weak! I'm 6'2" 200 lbs and I'm not benching my body weight....I bench 160-170. I know...it's pretty bad, but I've gotta start somewhere. I'd like to get my numbers up to at least my body weight over the summer. Can I get some advice on how to raise my numbers?

that is the biggest problem that people have i think, is expecting instant gains and results...people just dont realize how long it can take to get a body like u want it. my buddy started lifting as a sophmore in high school...couldnt have weighed 120 and started benching with a 5pound plate on each side. now, as a senior in college, he weighs 165, has 6% body fat, and his max on bench is 320, and he is ripped as hell (but i think he is a genetic freak, because he can eat pizza and cookies all day and still have 6% body fat)..i just broke the 225 mark with my bench. i can slack off sometimes, but he hasnt hardly missed a day in the gym since he started. just find a routine and stick with it...give it time...eat, sleep, and bust your ass in the gym!!

i likes me some audio stuff...
