This is lookin so sweet! I'm a firm believer that subs should ALWAYS be recessed. Good job so far, keep it up!

I love your suspension setup too, real clean!

Thanks man. The only problem about recessing them, is that it makes it almost impossible to get them in and out without crushing a finger or two... :lol:

Got the port surround on and expanding foam between the top of the wall and roof of the truck. and a test fit of two subs..

Now starts the fiberglass. I used the 23.5oz Knytex woven mat....Wow..It is awesome. One layer on the outside and two layers on the inside.

While I was waiting for the Glass' to dry, I made a brace for the front baffle. More 1 1/2" square with 1/4" plate on the ends.
