2000LaDe Posted July 16, 2007 Author Report Posted July 16, 2007 alright another update. on saturday i decided to finish my back wall and build a box for my last ma audio 18 to go compete in bassrace in fort waynes 3x event yesterday. plus i filled all around my box with 23 cans of great stuff. well i put too much in certain places and it came back out the hole i drilled and it forced my sliding door open on the rear side of the door so now im gonna have to use the heat gun to melt some of the foam and push the door back into place. update on pics.

2000LaDe Posted July 16, 2007 Author Report Posted July 16, 2007 thx steve. its always nice to get your input on things but yah i see why not many people actually do true walls cuz its not as easy as opening up a program and throwing in dimensions. and it spitting out a cut sheet. i hvae one more layer of 3/4 to do around the outside walls then off to building the front baffle..... prolly around 6-8 sheets thick depending on how long of port im gonna need.

2000LaDe Posted July 22, 2007 Author Report Posted July 22, 2007 alright so today i actually got alot accomplished by MYSELF! sucked but my shit is crampin. but today i finished putting the next layers of 3/4" mdf on the outsides of my box. and i cut almost all my sheets of wood for the baffel. im not sure if im gonna make it thicker or just add boards on the port side to increase port length. its 7 layers right now. or should i just try like this then add as i test? ill prolly cut out the sub holes on monday before work. and no im not nub and did not tack the baffel together before cutting the holes LOL. i juts put them in to see how they fit..
2000LaDe Posted July 30, 2007 Author Report Posted July 30, 2007 today i decided to get 2 more sheets of mdf and cut the holes for the baffle... all 33! holes. i went through 2 router bits... one just snapped so i had to go and buy another with only 2 sheets to go o well it happens. pics.........
