If you want to run your amp at 2 ohms with a single 4ohm voice coil sub, you will need two subs. If you want to run your amp at 2 ohms with a single 8 ohm voice coil sub, you will need four subs. RF has a thing under the support tab thats a woofer wiring wizard to help with how to hook it up and the different ohms and subs.
