TahoeJoe
I'm looking into multiple different amps trying to keep my mind as open as possible. Looking to up my power from what my Colossus puts out. Truck clamped at 2154w at 2.49ohm and my subs want more power and one more 18" brother in the box. So amp shopping I go. My truck is set up with buckets in the back so I have been looking to find an amp to stack in the middle of my rear seats and create a middle counsel feel to the rear of my truck. My question has anyone out there used, tested or have any real world info on the Power Acoustik STAX amps? The set-up would work perfect and the price is nice of course but I have no idea if they deliver what they claim or if they can be wired at .5.. I'm well aware of the performance of Sundown, AQ, RF, Stetcom amps etc, I'm just looking for someone that may be able to shed some NO BS info on these amps specifically. AI James
i wouldnt recommend half ohm operation at all on the power acoustik line of amps...as far as more power then your colossus youll be pretty hard pressed to find a cheap option other then the RF t3000s that lowblueranger is selling

TahoeJoe
Exactly. I wish I could afford those 2 T3K's! I wish I could too. Those are some nice nice amps. I'm going to need to strap 2 together running 3 18" DC subs so I have just been searching all over hell to find a nice pair to strap before I buy the sub. I have D2 subs so a 2ohm load strapped would be ideal. Quote Live the dream baby...You will be shitting your pants again before you know it. TahoeJoe
Shit grow a pair and get a SAZ3500.. You know you want to... If I had that money to toss into the ring again I would. I have personally seen the clamps and Sundown is tough to match for power unless you have an wall outlet close.. You got 1500 hiding in that beard of yours sods...gimmie Quote Live the dream baby...You will be shitting your pants again before you know it.
