I cannot live without my cordless impact. I have had a dewalt 14.4v impact for over 6 years. This thing works great, but since the trigger is messed up ( no variable speed, just full power ) and one of the batterys is bad ( $100 for a battery, and the kit with two batterys cost me 175), i decided to retire that impact to my house and bought a Milwakee 18volt lit-ion impact/drill/light combo package from my MAC guy. Cost me $400, but the tool itself is warrentied for 5 years and the batterys are pro-rated for 3years. All electrical tools that ive seen are 1year only. Was able to work with one battery for three days and rotated tires on two seperate cars before the battery had to be re-charged. And i can add some other stuff to the kit later.
