Mrbubbles00482
So my mom got a new 42" HDTV today, so I got the 32" Seeing as how my cable line in my room is right in the corner, why not hook up everything to one television? Running Xbox360 on the component, Computer on the VGA (Nvidia GeForce 8500GT PCI express) and then the cable line in, with audio out to the sony stereo system. Everything uses the TV and stereo as speaker out except the computer, kept my Logitech setup for it. Pics

Boon
Honestly, you're gonna get sick of having a monitor that big that close to your face. Quote 10.x volts fo' life!
Guest Scylloga
Honestly, you're gonna get sick of having a monitor that big that close to your face. Yep not enough space between you and the monitor. Im getting a 32inch in a couple weeks but Im also getting a new desk that puts me about 4 feet from the monitor at all times. STEvil
Maybe a bit close if its a low res monitor (1280x720 or something...) I'm using a 30" 2560x1600 and its ok near that distance. Remember we aren't dealing with CRT's anymore Quote MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed. Therefore increasing the chance of problems later.
