Sooo.. at 6:25 pm i was wiring my subwoofers up...because i recently build a new system in my benz....So i jus turned my car on an pulled it outta the garage... an i burp it on music for 6 seconds....2 hours later after i was completely done a sheriff knocked on my door...So i answered an was like whatsup? As he shined his flashlight in my eyes an said if i play my radio one more time he will tow my car...I was like r u fuckin serious dude? He replied yes..DUDE..He then walked away talking shit.....Iam still so amazed that this actually happened...........

Make sure you do it during the day time and when they call them agian dont answer the door i dont think he can tow your car from your drive way just make sure you close the door when you walk about b.c if you leave it open it gives im the privalge to just walk right in ( i learned somthing in my Law and Justice class) haha

But dont generalize all cops in the same category. Some here like bass and are cops. =) He was just being a dick.

the other day i was at my friends house helpin him hookup his shit, after we got done running wires he wanted to hear mine quick.. i was goin for a good 5 min or so (note - all of his neighbors are cool as fuck, he smokes up with all of them) and about 20min later im about to leave a sheriff drives up slowly, drives by and 2 min later hes driving back the opposite way.. slows down parks across the street and gets out.. says "we got a complaint for some very loud music coming from this red grand am here, please keep it down" i said "you cant make a noise complaint unless its before 8am or after 8pm" he goes "i know just keep it down, must be a nice system you got if its that loud"

and we just went on, pretty cool but its the fact someone calls the cops...

The last thing I would want is the cops coming to my house for any reason. No good can come from it. If your neighbors are that anal, I would try to keep my shit under control and start looking for a new place. Then again you may be a shitty neighbor and that was the last straw for them.

I don't know about Georgia law, however in Fla if the cop doesn't hear the music, he really can only give you a ticket, at the most, and that is being a prick. Then he would not even be able to testify about it because he is not a witness to what happened. Also, he would not be able to testify about what the neighbor said, it's hearsay not subject to any exception. But in reality a pissed off cop can fuck up your life in lots of ways. Also, it would suck to get your car towed even if it was an illegal tow...I know first hand.

Where I live in Fort Lauderdale, cops can give you a ticket if they can hear the music 25 feet away from your car. Try that sometimes.
