I don't think the 1200d v2 added master/slave ability either. I went from a Rockford Fosgate T10001bd to the Sundown SAE-1200d and the Sundown amp was a very noticeable difference better then the Rockford Fosgate T10001bd. I have upgraded again since the Sundown amp though. I have nothing but good things to say about Sundown.. very good equipment. and from actually using a Sundown SAE-1200D you would be very happy with it.
