Forevrbumpn Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 I know someone who does I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
sundownz Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 DC3000 is the same board as my old 3000D as is widely known and I'm not going to tool a new board to make it inferior to the old model... think about it. - Jacob Fuller - Owner, Sundown Audio - Sundown Audio on FACEBOOK - Please DO NOT PM ME -- use my email address -- [email protected]

Noobtastic14 Posted February 27, 2010 Author Report Posted February 27, 2010 Of course Jacob! I believe that the 3500s have gained quite a bit since our last run on the meter/testing and am just posting results as I go. Our next tests will be replicating the unloaded tests with clamp and TL then doing some tests loaded to calculate rise and total output. -Drew I am a United States Military Arts and Crafts Professional. mr.p Posted March 6, 2010 Report Posted March 6, 2010 with my crappy clamp meter right around where i bassrace just playing a 40hz tone instead of 37hz juice box... heres the numbers and they are close enough between the pair that ill just use the "left amp" 320A DC draw 13.2V (car running both amps full tilt on a tone) speaker output side; 17.3A and 82.0V i wasnt running the clampmeter on the output side...so im taking them with a grain of salt.... but if the numbers are right i should have like 1400ish watts with rise at 4.7ohms per amp from .65 that is a problem... who does 54 bassrace with 2800W im going to put the dc amps in and see what they do again in the same setup just a drop in. also going to wire all the subs on one amplifier and check total rise.... i dont think a 12000W amplifier will do much at 8ohm. mr.p Posted March 8, 2010 Report Posted March 8, 2010 further testing shows my first calculations were correct... at .3 i rise to 1.7 on one amplifier. DCAUDIO BALLS DEEP
