LOL I have dealt with Ray and I'm across the hole country from him and I think I even turned into a dick in one of my Emails and Ray was still a real nice guy to deal with and respectful. There are alot of good shops out there that get screwed by all the bad shops turning consumers off to locals. I also think alot of shops have to deal with kids who talk about internet brands and get pissed when the shop doesn't carry them of know about them, then complain. I already saw a few posts saying they went to shops looking for Fi, Audioque, or other direct to consumer brands, then got upset because the shop owners didnt know about them, and tried to sell them a product the shop sells. What do you expect them to do? They're trying to make a living, so dont hate on them for trying to sell their product.
