micahmye
wowww my astro needs to look like that haha. nice job Thanks man! I sure it will be sweet when you are done with it Thanks Dude will try some of them tips in the next week. Im going to be buying a router soon so what do you think is the best bit for it? I buy Craftsman Bits, just because they will return them if you fuck them up (like from hitting a screw), yes I have returned them Like Dustin said, if you are cutting speaker holes with a jasper the spiral upward cut 1/4" bits are great, it cuts through mdf like it was butter. And if you want to do the roundover edge 5/8" to 3/4" should suit you fine. Colin - STAPUFT
Hehehe Great vid! Yeah, I think that back glass area is the weakest part of all Astros. It takes a bit of doing, but that seems to be the first place to really start to flex. Has your middle "pop out" window right behind your driver's seat scared the crap out of you yet??? If you aren't careful, you can make that thing jump .25-.5" and it will SLAP the body so hard you will swear you have broken something. lol. Great stuff!!! 12 - 12"s in the STAY PUFT 1989 Chevy Astro Build & Comment Log Un-Interrupted Build LogYouTube Channel Chevy Trailblazer 5.1 Dolby Digital DTS Install You have a beard of a mysterious sea captain.
