So looking at another single din unit

Alpine has time alignment and some tweaking features but no bluetooth whatsoever so id be buying a bluetooth unit for it...

Kenwood, nice unit has alot of tweaking ability , but i havent owned a kenwood since the dmask days

JVC wife owns last years r800 hasnt had any issues with it but i hate the JVC remotes.

Bluetooth is a must for my wife, and if i buy it for the alpine at a later time then all decks have bluetooth. Ipod touch compatibility on the kenwood and JVC i know works properly, but im unsure with the alpine as my 9886 was SUPPOSED to be but it didnt charge.

just curious what others think about current higher line decks at the moment...pioneer isnt even an option for me as i hate every one of thier single din offerings

i dont buy products form companies that are no more so eclipse is def a no on my list...ipod on eclipses is horrible, and bluetooth as well. Usability for wife is a must and eclipse is most def a no.

As far as pioneer goes, i'll agree other then this years lineup they were nice

I have that same HU but all black instead of the chrome and i love it... works real nice with the ipod

But if its between those three i would go with the Alpine, really like their designs and the features that they offer
