roscoe1129
Bigger subs = Thats true if you have the power to push them I would say go for the 15's more cone area = more bass what kind of subs were you running and what kind are you thinking of getting. Also whats the amp you have is it 1 ohm stable? jerbear923
i had some audio bahns im not sure what modle they were they were given to me by a friend. they where the flamed basket ones with the brushed finsh to them( not the chrome finsh ) and as far as the ohms on my amps im not sure i would have to find my paper work on them. is the 1 ohm stable good or bad ?? if my amps are not is that going to afect wich subs to run?? andym85
yea, say the voice coils on a sub are for instance dual 2ohms...then u can either wire it to 4ohms or 1 ohm. if you have an amp that is one 2ohm stable, then you would probably fry your amp if you ran it at 1 ohm or your subs wouldnt see hardly any power being run at 4ohms...need to match ohm loads......oh, and dont go back to audiobahns! Quote i likes me some audio stuff...

I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.
no0b4lif3
no matter what u get make sure the u can wire them to 2 ohms, in order to get the most out of the amp. like in my case, i have 2 amps (2ohm stable) and 2 15s (dual 4 ohm voice coils) and i wire each amp to each sub at 2 ohms. iceman88
no matter what u get make sure the u can wire them to 2 ohms, in order to get the most out of the amp. like in my case, i have 2 amps (2ohm stable) and 2 15s (dual 4 ohm voice coils) and i wire each amp to each sub at 2 ohms. Ok! lol I've had 2 15's and 4 12's..... To be honest i think the 15's got lower, however, the 4 12's are currently running at 1/3 the power they can handle and it sounds awsome. If you got the space, Defo go for 2 15's ported. if sealed, and u can fit 4 12's go with tht, if not then 2 15's
