J00bles Posted April 19, 2010 Report Share Posted April 19, 2010 lvl 2 or lvl 3 8" woofers are possible. lvl 4, lvl 4xl, and lvl5 8" woofers are out of the question. the spider and surround would never hold up with that motor force. i've been looking for a lvl 2 motor to make my own DC 8", to be honest. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more.
