my gosh you really are the dense one. you take one look at something and refuse to even think for a second. find where i state bass is not noise? the video you provided and your statements made it sound as if bass is illegal, will get you a ticket, and every state has a law regulating bass. but there isnt a law regulating bass, theres a law regulating noise. bass=noise, noise does not always =bass.

same noise control limits exhaust volume, sound systems, house parties, but i guess someone getting a ticker for an incredibly loud exhaust system is the same as bass? i dont understand how simple you can be.

you state you dont bump at redlights, but as soon as you drive off its ok. what has changed which makes it ok to now turn the bass up?

almost every state has noise restrictions, not loud bass restrictions. it isnt illegal, in certain parts at certain times they are, but not always. someone hitting 150 on the dash will not get even close to that 50 feet away, lol.

lol he didnt mean it like that. obviously if theres a NOISE ordinance bass will obviously be illegal if it meets the requirements of the law. but not every place has a sound ordinance in effect 24/7

to be played, anys ound system from, within, oorn any motor vehicle so

that any sound, music, or vibration emanating therefrom can be heard

at a distance of more than 30 feet between the hours of 1O:OO p.m. and

9:00 a.m., unless the vehicle is a sound truck

it also technically says noise emanating from vehicles . again that doesnt mean all sound ordinances are for bass or sound system only
