You can fix but not sure how, but you have warranty on it so send it back have it fix.. If i get the ring again.. You do not get yours back, you just get a random refurb. I retuned mine a few months ago. New one works great. I honestly doubt this will happen to you because most of the time they don't even open the package lol. But it can happen..... good luck hope you get something fingered out!
