With dd you get performance and quality without all the flashy bullshit that other companies add to there subs to actually take your mind away from how sub par they actually are. Now lets take a look at the so-called cheap dd sub. 406oz triple stacked mags, 6 spoke beast basket, 3" coil thats rated for 1500rms, which as everyone who has ever ran a 9500 will tell you that 2500rms is more like it. and then you have a sfb cone.
