Ive been installing for over 15 years without a license, dang. well once u been sewed and gone to court even tho nothing was wrong with that car and it slammed harder then my car found out and ya long story short in broke now

I was kidding because its a cert. class not a license. You dont need MECP to be an installer. It used to help get a job, but there is no legal limit to installing, anybody can do it.
