notorious97200
What would be a good amp that puuts out 2000 wats rms at 12 volts? again good price is a must Maybe a used Sundown saz2000d, or 2 saz 1000 strapped. You said 12 volts, so I can't tell you to buy Audiopipe, MBQuart, Hifonics or Audioque amps. They need higher voltage to give you enough power. The deal on the custom subs is awesome : get them instead of cheapo (but powerful) Pioneers or Alpines. black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp OEM head unit, Amplifiers : Audison AP 8.9 amp with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200. Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats. 2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a 2.6 ft3 ported box. SecondSkin Damplifier on front doors, and Luxury Liner Pro for the cargo area.
Hellbound Train
That used sundown is a great recommendation. Custom subs FTW!
fecupe2001
If he wants something brand new, maybe an Hifonics bxi2610D, they are very nice @ 12v and later you could upgrade your current, but, i prefer the Sundown option, maybe an AQ? About the subs, YES, pioneer champions kick hard and very nice for the price, also, the Kenwood´s 3011 ... I´m the SPL Gains topic creator!! wanna get louder?? check this: SPL Gains. Panamenian 2009 & 2010 & 2014 Bass Race 149.9 Champion! 2 15" subs and a 2K wired at 1 ohm, http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167788-fecupe2001-2-15s-on-a-2k-video-on-page-3/ 8 Massive 15" subs and small power, http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/179296-fecupe2001s-8-15s-4th-order-bandpass-wall/
merk_master
The reason i said 12 volts is because I want to have max power after some voltage drop. I charge at 14.6-14.9 volts factory. I will be Upgrading to over 260 amp alternator . hopeful noob
Forevrbumpn
I might be building some this weekend, if I do, I would get some free air vids up but yeah, couldnt do 12- 10"s for $600, shipping on each is still about $13- 14 each on top of the price I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
