T2500-1bdcp, opinions??

yes the crescendo is cheap and does alot of power...but a 2500bcp if working as stated would be a huge gain in a setup like mine where each amp rises from 1 to 2 ohm...only getting 2000W from a 4000W amplifier is a kick in the nuts

I own 2 RF T1000-1BDCP amps because they are my favorite. I run both of my systems at 2 ohms. When I ran my older T1500-1BD and switched over to a T1000-1BDCP I noticed a bid difference because the T1000-1BDCP did account for impedance rise. The birthsheets on both of my amps are 801 x 1 @ 4 ohms, 1349 x 1 @ 2 ohms and 1406 x 1 @ 1 ohm and 810 x 1 @ 4 ohms, 1364 x 1 @ 2 ohms and 1421 x 1 @ 1 ohm. These amps are tremendous and in a few years will become RF classics. However other companies offer similiar technology JBL had the BP series from 2003, Arc Audio has been doing this for years and the infamous JL Audio has been doing this for over 10 years.

I thought the RF amps were different because they were constantly monitoring and adjusting output based on the impedence, unlike the JL ones which basically only adjust to the speakers impedence once. Don't remember where I heard this, but does anyone know if it's true?
