Called today, no answer, but left a message. I heard that their customer service is great, but I have yet to see this. I'm probably just being impatient, but I can't wait to get this thing hooked up! And, I was just wondering if anybody could tell me what might be going on.... Thanks! Thanks! just have patience, i too when ordering get unpatient when i dont here from the distributor for some days, just distract your head with other things to do. Then called tuesday and they apologized because it was supposed to ship monday. Oh well. Then again they are just getting a move on in the business especially with the 3k becoming popular.
