I generally go between 32-36 but everyone has their own preference. my last box was just for messing around and I tuned it for 25, for an everyday, it's not good to tune that low, sounded pretty blah. If you are looking to go loud you will probably want to stay around 35-40. I chose 28 Hz for my Fi Q15 and I am very happy with the outcome.
