I thought the 4-8's idea would be a lil diff than you're "run of the mill" avg setup and the owner is lovin the idea. so you have the port on the sub side of the box, what are you doing with that great big opening at the top?Hmm, if you mean the gap at the top of the box between box & rear deck?That gap is about 1" if that, if anything the fact that the sides are open lets the subs hammer the trunk and rattle it to hell when the seats are up. As for the remedy-I plan on makin a bafffle/wall that goes all the way across the trunk and 2 sides pointing forward that seal as much as poss between the sides of box and the seats so it's funneled forward and not trapped in the trunk. Sorry I havnt updated this one much- but it has been up and running for 2 days now and seriously BANGS for 4-8's. I'll throw some updated pics up and wed is the next time I work with the owner and I'm gonna make some flex/excursion vids for yall.
