if you plan on putting more then 600rms hands down the SSD, if you like no possibility whatsoever of tinsel slap fi ftw

Is tinsel slap really a a big problem for DC? I'm debating this same question as OP.

this is one of the many videos i have found and there are several posts about faulty leads from dc...i personally have 4 dc woofers that have done this..but u can c for urself ..the problem is ignored .they dont warranty the leads..and when they slap like this in the video they get weak and unravel and fray from increased resistance.than they say since they burnt .u clipped it.ANOTHER OFFERED COMPANY OFFERED TO fix mine a full recone with dual leads.less than dc wants go figure...

u decide...im tired of acting like this is not a issue they wont deal with...they get ur money and thats it...this is not my video just one of the ones i have seen that shows exactly how they move and that the leads are two long.if u want pics of mine i can email pics of a new one still in the box where the leads rest on cones and the dc emails where thay basically say its my fault...good luck

and yes ive seen tinsil slap on alot of dc woofers and RE woofers for that matter. integrated tinsels are a thing i feel the industry needs to move to as a whole
