I've got a buddy with a 93 seville trying to get good bass inside but its no pass through. So not much bass is going to leave the trunk. speedball1978 Posted July 14, 2010 Report Posted July 14, 2010 nah just do 2 sets of 6 inch ports or 4 inch ports and have it resined to the deck and seal off the gap around the port get the flanged ports they're nice...
Decaf Posted July 14, 2010 Report Posted July 14, 2010 i have a 1990 cadi, this is what i did simply porting thru the rear deck doesnt work with a normal ported box... start by taking the speakers out, then cut some of the rear deck out... that helped alot before i started removing the seats and cutting the rear firewall
doug118 Posted July 14, 2010 Report Posted July 14, 2010 find another rear deck lid cover and cut that one up so he can keep his original one. that way if he wants to put it back to stock, the original one will cover the holes. tell him that, it may convince him to let you do it that way 2001 Tahoe.
