If you have one or can get one use a Dehumidifier inside your car. Those things work so well to extract the moisture/humidity. We used one after we had a flood in our home. We were literally emptying out water from the container inside the Dehumidifier. It really helps to dry it out with the dehumidifier. They also sell these bags that you can hang on the hooks in your car, we have a ton around our house and they fill up with water quick.
