Typically small cuts yield higher freq. response. long tunnels help it get down low. The xxx truck had a 5 foot tunnel and a large cut and wanted to drop to 17hz. There is nothing wrong with tuning down low as long as the woofer still wants to play up high. IE: correct volume, woofer location to the vent, etc. For a first one it looks just fine chode.
