yea same but the Knu wire can be a bitch, esp the klmx where its over-sized for the terminal.

ya that just fuggin sucks! They gave me too much wire >:[ hehe

i just put the wire in the hole lol. i can usually get all of it in pretty easily. sometimes one or 2 strands come out. just use your fingers to squeeze it all together.

lol same here no problem getting them in with fingers

Brilliant idea, I'll be trying this out in a few weeks when I work on my friend's explorer. I made my own terminals for my wires by flattening 3/8 copper tube and it looks like crap, but trying this I may be able to squeeze it into 1/4 and make it look nicer. the 3/8 would probably be fine if I had 'true' 0 gauge though, lol.

Brilliant idea, I'll be trying this out in a few weeks when I work on my friend's explorer. I made my own terminals for my wires by flattening 3/8 copper tube and it looks like crap, but trying this I may be able to squeeze it into 1/4 and make it look nicer. the 3/8 would probably be fine if I had 'true' 0 gauge though, lol.

I thought about trying that a long time ago but mine came out really bad. Thanks for checking it out :drinks:

Yeah, it can be a pain, but if you do it right it beats paying like a dollar a terminal. I'll try your trick and see if i can make a better looking terminal, and if I can, I might post a tutorial on how to do it.
