chapo123
1.75 ft^3 ported tuned to 30 Hz -- F3 of 26 Hz * Tune higher for more SPL oriented setup * enclosure can be as big as 2.25 ft^3 if you stick with the 600 RMS rating quoted off this site http://www.diymobileaudio.com/forum/diyma-vendors/58437-sundown-sa-12-d4-pre-sale-$175-down-qty.html wait why do they reccomend tuning to 30hz? Quote Steve I don't know why but everytime I see your new paint I want a Dr. Pepper...... is this normal? heres an analogy for you. running a high power stereo without a fuse is like having unprotected sex with that hot chick at the bar with the sketchy sexual history. StreetSlappah
Its tuned low at 30 Hz which will hit the lows as well as some of the highs. The lows vibrate your whole car thus creating flex, and its deeper. When its tuned high its mainly does better on numbers and its louder to the ear correct me if I'm wrong.
