craracer05 Posted September 10, 2010 Report Posted September 10, 2010 I wouldn't use the window sealant it'll be a biatch if you ever have to change the seal. I just use regular clear silicone on all the edges then lock the metal clip down over the silicone. Your hole is going to be huge and your going to need something to stiffen back up your wall under the window. like a metal bar like i used. i like your design. good luck with it. i'm tuned in.
