That is some fucked up shit he did to you. I'd give him the benefit of the doubt, hopefully its just a simple mistake and he fixes it quickly. If not then I hope the OP can stop the amp from being delivered. Either way its a stressful situation waiting to get some sort of contact from the guy. Maybe a new rule of thumb, don't do deals with anyone that doesn't have a decent amount of posts. I think my first or second post was about some subs I purchased but I would totally understand if a seller didn't want to deal with me being new to the board.
siccostyle Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 Hey op to talk to costumer service from pp you have to go to their page and follow the "contact us" instructions. They will give you a pin number that is specific to your account and only good for an hour and the phone number to call. Its actually really easy I just did it and did not have to give any info other then logging in to my account and clicking the "contact us" tab at the bottom of the page. He resent the from the correct account, if you feel uncomfortable about sending the amp again give it a few days to clear. Everyone assuming the worst so quick, people have lives and can't get online everyday. He is newly married with a daughter and works crazy hours, hes not looking for problems. I hope Eric understands, and there are no hard feelings.
