cant figure out the damn port!

so its around 3.3ft^3

its for 2 dc lvl 4 12's

i wanted to try doing the port with 0 common walls (i know the pic has 2 common walls)

i never used this before and is confusing to me for some reason

can anyone help me tune it to around 32 hz?

i dont even care if its 0 common walls or not

this is what i had in mind

the port is 5x5 all the way around

40 wide

17 depth

13 height

if this is your first box make it a simple slot port with three common walls. it will be easier to build and easier to draw up. trust me.

Try 3 common port walls with the port dim. of

height-6

wide-4

length-11

tuning- 33.4

^^ poor guy. 6" wide is too big. your port area is too big. Max is 4.5x13

5x5x12 will get you 33hz, those numbers are really odd.... thats not alot of port area either...

but that was the only way to get down to 33hz that i seen on that calc

tuning is too high for those two subs. make port longer
