ya'll goin to hate this $2.42 here but back on topic adding another amp is not a bad idea but don't you think 8 18' and one 15K watt amp is enough adding a another one is just overkill.

Nah, I think Steve's running four T4001BD amps'. One for each FI 18" sub in his hoe, with the T15K in Chickens escalade each woofer only seeing 2,000 watts RMS. And I also think I read somewhere it takes like 4,000 watts RMS to get those BTL's really going. Edited August 29, 2007 by emat19876
