it will be nice because the opening charge on the T15k's is so brutal, i cant wait to have that HEALTHY 14.4v during "warm up". These are all 220a alts because higher "at idle" charging is necessary due to the technology in the amps. ONce they are charged they arent as demanding as the damn first charge of the day.

I never did understand how the Tahoe needed 4 alternators and the Hoopty only had one or two, this sums that one up for me!

A little info about wheels... the offset is not what determines whether or not the spokes will hit the caliper. That is determined by the disk pad (high disk pad wheels will have less lip whereas low disk pad wheels will have lots of lip but very little clearance behind the spokes). The design of the spokes also plays a role.

the design of the spokes played ALL the roll in this case. To much of an angle.

You can put 20" rims (at the smallest) with these brakes so there is no reason a 26 of anykind wouldnt work unless the spoke design is all funky, which in this case it is.
