anthonyott99 Posted March 20, 2011 Author Report Posted March 20, 2011 I really like this as one option for my rear deck with a few changes ; I would have two 8's and two 6.5's in place of those tweeters and would use that center hole as a port and fully enclose the bottom side and make it one large flat enclosure !!! That would be awesome !!!! Vote for SOTM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
anthonyott99 Posted March 20, 2011 Author Report Posted March 20, 2011 Progress on the rear deck while passenger pillar is drying ; Removing the carpet so i can fiberglass the whole piece to use as the bottom of the enclosure; Trimming the edges a bit before 'glassing !! After this is 'glassed it wont bend the way it did before so had to trim the edges so it will slide beside the trim instead of up under it ; More pics up in a couple of hours after Church !!! lil_crazy_321 Posted March 20, 2011 Report Posted March 20, 2011 When talking about xplods, you have to refer to a certain model, the ones you HAD are actually pretty good SQ subs, the ones that at like 5 sided and shit, those are the ones to watch out for. BEGINNERS TIP: NEVER BUY A SUB THAT DOSENT HAVE A ROUND CONE what did you do with the old subs? i may want them for my grandfather truck i tend to disagree man my first system was the five sided red sony 12's i bought them when i was in 7th grade i am now a senior they still go hard every day... i love them.. they are kicked to home stereo since i got my 18 but still sony subs are great done right.. btw man amazing post i love it bro.. im currently working on my first build... a little slow counting i dont work atm... keep it up!
