I asked him what he ran and he said like 8 atomic 21" blah blah blah on 10k watts each and did a 186 db. I said hmm I didn't know that there were any meters that read over 184 and he continued to tell me they had some special meter. He showed me a picture of the outside of the van and in no way did it look anything beyond stock besides the paint...
