How much talent does it take to throw curse word after curse word and a few mumbles sprinkled into a song? I always thought rappers were supposed to rap, not talk, not giggle like a fairy, not say yeah randomly. I respect that he's getting money, but he's doing it the wrong way, by not staying true to himself. Edit: And I don't care if ya'll like him, it's your choice, just the same as it's my choice to not like him. I don't look down on you and I don't really care what you like, but this is the truth, like it or not. i never implied you look down or implied i feel bad because you dont like lil wayne. i stated already its all preference. you dont like him. i do. no argument there. my only point is this, and i think it may have gotten lost in translation. he sucks because you dont like him. he doesnt suck because he sucks, because that point is incredibly argumentative. think about it. if you liked him, he wouldnt suck would he? same way some of the artist you listed i cant stand. but that doesnt mean they suck. it means i dont like them. but because you dont like him, he just sucks. youre not open to other people having a say in the matter. think about a food you dont like. im sure someone likes it. so what to you tastes like garbage other people love. does that food suck? to you it does because you dont like it. to the people who do like it, its awesome. its never going to change. its all about preference, just like the way we customize cars, to the audio equipment you use (same thing with people saying AP sucks because they dont like it. but you dont feel the same way do you?) to the clothes we wear, and the colors we like. ill walk away from this debate knowing you dont like him. cool deal. i do, still cool deal. no worries at all.
