ryderonthestorm
The right corner got scratch up moving it from the porch to the truck and that sucks, but I ain't redoing it. Might try to use some vinyl repair from the parts store to see if i can make it look a little better. Anyone got any other ideas. For some nighttime fun, wired some LED's in the box. My buddy said it looks like a fish tank. I agree. lol With the inside painted white it changed to glow to a aqua instead of a blue. I like it better. I had some help with the lights and have to give a shout out to my friend Sefugi. Thank you for all your help, it turned out better than I expected. Pics of the subs Some pics: Let me know what you think. I'm lovin those amps. Sir-Lancelot
I'm lovin those amps. I'm a big fan of the Crunch GP3000's I love them too Bro. They were easily the best bang for the buck in car audio. IMO We clamped one on my old box wired to 1ohm rising to 1.8 at over 2650 watts with voltage dropping in to the 11's. Once I get the box away from the hatch I will clamp them both. Any vids? Looks sick man the box is awesome. Thank you Sir. I have some, but have not uploaded them. Soon. It is killing the rear hatch. lol I will be going to Atlanta this weekend for the SEC Championship game, I think that will be a great place for a vid after SC beats Auburn's ass. lol Go Cocks! 2001 Yukon XL Sitting on 35 x 12.50 x 20, XD Monsters Headunit: Clarion DXZ785USB Front: B&C 10NW64 10" Neodymium Woofer, Crescendo XST2 Rear: B&C 8NDL51 8" Neodymium Woofer, Crescendo XST2 Mids & Highs Amps: MB Quart DSC 4125, MB Quart DSC 480 Subs: 4 18" SSA ZCONS Sub Amps: 4 GP3K Pro Electrical: Iraggi 260a, 3 tejcurrent 240a, tejcurrent quad bracket Kinetik - 6 HC2400 My Build Log
AA98hoe
no room to lay the batteries flat on thier sides under the back seat? Yeah that is an option, but I have my mids and high amps under there now. I could mount them to the box below the Crunch amps. That may be the easiest idea, if they fit. Tape measure time. Looks great. I love that box. Thank you Man. The box was designed for me by JBLCamry. I love it. no room to lay the batteries flat on thier sides under the back seat? This I like the port. its really unique. That interior is Sexy too! Nice job Thank you Sir. I appreciate the kind words. That's why I want to make it work. It looks too good to build another one. lol. It's loud now, but I know it would be better if it wasnt being choked by the hatch. Prolly tuned to like 26 or 27hz factoring in the hatch acting like a port itself. That's 2 votes for under the seats. I will measure this tomorrow. Hope it will work, that would be the easiest fix. Imo the box is to high moving it forward will help but the port is choked up, i did mine just below seat line with my batterys in the back between the gate and box, could only fit 2 then 2 up front If I can move it to the back of the rear seats, it will be around 14" off the back hatch. I think it will help a good bit. (hope it will help a good bit) LOL 14"d x 50"w = 700" Hopefully it wont have much effect on it. That's the plan anyway, but as you know in car audio plans are often thrown out the window and compromises are necessity. Got a pic of your box? Sir-Lancelot
My first attempt at a video. I think I could have chosen a better song, but it is what it is.
