that audioque 2200 requires 1/0 power and ground

you need to run 1/0 for both

whats your electrical like?

my electrical is shit right now im considering switching it from .5 ohms to 2 ohms until i can get a new alt bat and 0 gauge

you would need some decent electrical to run it that low so i would def change it to 2 ohms

what size was that fuse?

its very simple, you are drawing way too much current through that small of wire, you need to upgrade to 1/0 with big 3 done and a second battery wouldnt hurt. Running an amp like that under those conditions will fry it.

Just run 1/0 with the big 3 upgrade, a 2nd battery in back and some quality fuse holders that require terminals on the ends so there is no chance of melting it.

ok im getting 0 gauge this week for sure and if i have any extra 0 gauge im doing the big 3

yea big three upgrade in 1/0 and a second battery ran in parallel with 1/0 to the back battery with a good fuse inbetween the power

and 1/0 to the amp power AND ground with a good clean ground and a the right size fuse inbetween the amp and battery with i think would be 200 amp

the 2200d is fully stable to 1 ohm i wouldnt run it a .5 unless i had VERY good electrical

if it were me id run it at two ohms or recone to D2 and wire it down to 1 ohm but its your choice

hit up knukonceptz for some 1/0 wire and darvex for terminals and fuse holders
