Total mayhem, what all is that in your pods? And did you make them yourself, or did you order them from customspeakerpods.com? I drive an Avalanche and was thinking of doing something along these lines.

the pods contain the Hertz 3 way set that consist of a 6.5, a 3 inch, and a 1 inch tweeter. There are also two other 1 inch tweeters in there as well, so three in total. These were not ordered, they were made by myself and a friend of mine at a local shop. They were, however, sent out to be painted. The whole process took five days. I would recommend you getting pods in the doors. There is a HUGE difference in sound quality, loudness, and clarity.

I'm wish I could hear these. Are they similar to most bullet style tweeters? Most would "raw" to me. And how much did these run ya?

The overall concept of these are the same however, they are a far more "advanced" tweeter than some others. From what I understand, they are just as responsive and detailed, if not more, than some higher end home sound systems. I will pm you the price I paid so I dont step on the toes of any Hertz dealers on the forum or break any rules.
