Well... technically he could of got more out of these subs, about 147 but they were getting hot fast... (my guess is the coils were working hard trying to push the suspension) so we had to back them down... so it would be about a 3-4 db gain... I have personally gained 5 db by swapping out subs before... and from there, I gained about about 4 db from changing to better amps... so it isn't that far fetched...
