I got that same small green belt sander I just cant find belts for it no where :(

Use to have a band saw like that too, but never used it, usually ended up using my larger dremil jig saw type deal when needed

looks good Bill :D

Might have to use that drill idea too, but I only have 2 drills so ehh maybe not worth it. haha

Woodcraft has the belts.

They were having their annual tool swap meet when I picked it up for 20 bucks. Guy said belts were a bitch to get. So I walked into the store and bought a 3 pack :D

not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it. :)

Almost time for that yearly update...... Since I had someone ask me about setting up shop, I might as well update where its at. It's a work in progress that will see more attention once this current build is gone.

Now that the electrical is in. I worked on putting a work bench along the whole wall for all my bench top tools. Learned how to weld by fire. and this was the end result.

Nice part is, the conference table fits under it for when I dont need to have the table out. I've started the runs for the dust collection system. It is a 6" main trunk line with 4" drops.

The metal part on the end is a gantry for the table saw connection. It allows me to rotate the DC hose to match where the table is in the room. It was a pain in the ass to design, and took more then a few tries.

Then there this little bit of awesome.

Tool activated dust collection. Turn the tool on, it senses the ac current, sends radio signal to the DC to turn on AND opens the corresponding gate for the tool. Yea..... it is a little bit of awesome. And boy does it come at a cost. I still need 4 more controllers, and 4 gates.

This summer also included the LONG over due cooling system. This badboy works like a champ. Best investment I've made yet. Cools the room by about 20 over outside. Fat guy approved .

Nothing like having the right tool for the job.

And of course a little more love for the conference table. There might also be a 3rd still sitting in a box right now :ninja:

It's a blessing a curse. It's nice when I don't feel like working I shut the door and sit on my couch. But everyone knows where I live and knows I'm a basshead when it comes to building.

Yeah but at least I can work all day snap pics and still have battery life left at the end of the day to post pics. Ifone people are semi landline phones. Always looking for a spot to plug in real quick. Don't have to worry about dropping it either.

Moderately jealous, my shop is kinda podunk by comparison, but what can you do with a one car garage?

im in a small garage as well, cant even put a vehicle in mine, dirt floor, damn table saw takes up the entire thing..

It sucks!

but back to the ifone, i dont have one as well, I have a note 3 and an outtor box case. I dropped this phone so many times, take it out the case and it looks brand new, dont even get sawdust in the case!

I stream music all day from it, snap pics, text, and talk. come in for the night after 12+hours of use, and still has a 65-70% battery life!

Oh and it wont bend in your pocket like a iphone 6.
