Louder 4 15" Se's Or 2 18" Mt's Or Btl's

with 10 cube i think 1 18 will be louder, but with around 15 cubes 4 15's will be louder imo.

18's sound fine in 5 cu ft each. I'd go with the 18's personally, the 15's need just a little more airspace

generally 18's should have 6 cubes each unless your gonna put tons of power on them then go a tad smaller so the subs have more "control" in the enclosure with a slightly smaller port area.
