Battery / Alt. Wiring Diagram

Recommended Posts

I am planning a build with the following items:

3 Iraggi alts

6 Batteries (optima or kinetic)

1 Rockford T800.4

2 Rockford T30001BD

This is the planned wiring diagram. ***All wire is 0 Gauge***

Did I do this correctly or is there a better way to wire this up. I just want to get as much power as possible to the amps!

ATTENTION ALL SMD MEMBERS: Do not under any circumstance buy anything from Chassistech! They do not stand behind their products & their customer service is horrible. They do not actually manufacture lowering springs, they drop ship them from Spring Tech. Chasistech.com also does business as Airbagit.com, Streetridepro.com & Truckinsuspension.com. They are all the same company! Do not trust these bastards! Their products are cheap & more often than not, you don't get what you actually order in the first place! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

man forget about the isolator unless your gonna be bumpin that shit with the engine off (bad idea anyway) and just run all of your alts to the front battery and do a couple (2 or more) of 1/0 to the back to the rest of the batteries

WOW 3 ALTS FOR JUST 2 BATTERIES...THOSE SHIT WILL BE CHARGED NO MATTER WHAT...WHY SO MANY ALTS AND NOT SO MANY BATTS?I DONT THINK YOU NEED 3 ALTS FOR UST THE RF 3K AND 2 OF THEM...I THINK 1 300 AND THE BATTS SHOULD KEEP THEM NICELY CHARGED...

I see 6 batteries ;)

not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it. :)

hey you dont need the fuse between the amps and the buss bar, the amps have built in fuses, unless your running the wire from the buss bar under the vehicle I wouldnt fuse it personally

David is correct on this i Just did not edit that portion as it is a personal choice.
